Having grown up in her mother’s art studio, Gretchen brings a practice shaped by early exposure to art, narrative, and materials. Heist itself is an anagram of her mother’s maiden name—an inheritance turned into code.

Every design is handcrafted and incorporates themes of psychology, symbology, and Trompe l’oeil details.
